This privacy policy explains what information we collect or store as part of the operation of this site (Affirmare).

The service is provided by Feedforward AS (928 605 086 MVA), Kråkerøyveien 2B, 1671 Kråkerøy, Norway on behalf our customers.

Information we collect

Any request on the internet will contain a baseline of required information, such as the information your browser sends, the IP address where the request originated, etc. A small subset of this information (timestamp, IP, path requested, response code, browser version, etc.) will be stored in standard logfiles for a shorter amount of time until the logfiles gets rotated. This is done for security audits and for technical purposes.

We store a small set of information in your browser's cookies or localstorage to allow essential functionality (also called a "session") like keeping track of whether you're logged in to the service. This identifier allows us to identify your user session (and thus, who is logged in), but the identifier itself contains no personal information.

Any customer using the service will have their own set of data and privacy requirements that we are not privy to, and data responsibility in those cases is delegated to the customer in question.

Service providers

We use bunny.net as our CDN provider. Their privacy policy is available on bunny.net.

Our backend is hosted with Hetzner Online GmbH. Their privacy policy is available on hetzner.com.

We use Mailpace for sending emails. If you're receiving a forgotten password or an e-mail notification from the application, your email address will be included as the "to" address when sending the e-mail. You can read their privacy policy on their site.

We also provide integrations with HubSpot, and any information included in bookings and reservations will be shared with the customer's HubSpot instance if configured by the customer. HubSpot's privacy policy is available on their site.
